Poem of the Day was a project that ran throughout 2022, leading to the creation of 365 threads, each discussing a specific poem. The aim of the project was to encourage more engagement with poetry on /lit/, both from experienced poetry readers and beginners alike. At the end of the year, the project gave birth to several resources that will hopefully help anons of the future.

The results of the Best Poet poll held at the end of the Poem of the Day project.

1. There is a book that includes all the poems posted alongside the links to the archived threads. Then, if you want to read a poem every day, you're invited to use the PDF and read the relevant discussions too.

2. At the end of the year, a vote was held for the best poets according to /lit/. The results are shown in the chart on this page, and all the votes are shown in the book.

3. Lastly, out of the 365 poems, 100 poems were chosen for a "rolling" image to encourage further engagement with poetry. In a way, it can also be seen as a "top 100" poems, chosen based not only on their quality but also based on the threads they gave birth to.

Hope this helps you and best of luck with anything you wish to pursue!
